ADM brings together two worlds: that of a charity with a social action to benefit the population and that of the development of the territory with the ambitious project of economic development.

A project is first and foremost a human endeavour and ADM is committed to and for the benefit of others. Its projects are created to facilitate long-term and sustainable development for all.

ADM forges links and unifies with other local organizations by sharing support for the benefit of the population and the territory.

OUR GOALS

ADM is convinced that social commitment combined with an economic development project, in which the population gets involved is the way to go.

With Vision Le Morne, a solid project was built based on previously conducted sociological and anthropological studies. The proposed actions are an answer to problems identified by the inhabitants themselves. They are conducted based on partnerships shared with existing organizations. Learn More

The founder

Agathe Desvaux de Marigny

A Mauritian with a childhood in Polynesia, she claims her island roots with a family that has been living in Mauritius for several generations. She founded an NGO Action Développement le Morne (ADM) in 2016 where she lives.

Passionate about music, art, nature and travel, she wanted her foundation to combine social action with sustainable and reasoned economic development.

A basic principle: the empowerment of the inhabitants is a win-win situation. The Vision Le Morne project centered on the village of the same name was launched.
